Giveaway: Prissy's Ponytails!!

I have a great Giveaway for you all today!   A few months ago after frustration with normal ponytail holders my sister Priscilla (who also blogs over at The Best Laid Plans) decided to make her own.  After requests from friends started coming in she decided why not see if I can sell these,  hence Prissy's Ponytails was born!
