Ants have taken over my kitchen!!!!!!! Ahhh I totally miss having a landlord to call to take care of it. Conveniently K is also away on business this week. Nice move buddy. It's like he knew the ants were moving from the floor to the counters and cabinets and left for CA.
I will be spending the next however many hours of my Monday night cleaning and scrubbing my kitchen.
Did I also mention that I got 3 cavities filled this evening? Be jealous.
The only redeeming quality to my day, a McDonalds chocolate milkshake for dinner since my mouth is still numb of course.
Aw, bless your heart - cavaties and ants all in one day. The milkshake sounds soooo delicious, though :)
ReplyDeleteOh no, ants! The chocolate milkshake sounds really good though! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, ick! I hate ants! I get them at the first tinges of summer every year! Luckily, they're pretty easy to get rid of! Good luck! (And thank you for not leaving me alone with my plastic bag hoarding obsession. It's good to know I'm not totally alone!)
ReplyDeletemake sure the ants don't find your milkshake!!! My husband and I had ants and my mom told me to use Ant-B-Gon (*No "E") made by Ortho, and it's like liquid gold that worked marvelously!!! You don't need very much, just a couple drops and if you have pets make sure the can't get to it. You can get it at Wal-Mart or any hardware store. Good luck!!!
ReplyDeleteI love that the day you got cavities filled, you had a milkshake for dinner.. That's priceless! It reminds me of when I got my wisdom teeth taken out and had only chocolate milkshakes, applesauce, and mashed potatoes for a week.
ReplyDeleteI have a couple of pesky ants, too! They won't survive, though, I can promise that.. Good luck!
oo! ant traps worked wonders for my bed room.
